The terms for our “Fix and Hold” program are similar to those outlined above for “Fix and Flip,” with the following additional features:

  • Longer Term Options: 10 years

  • Amortization Period: Up to 30 years 

  • LTV: Typically capped at 75% of ARV.

  • Flexible Payment Plans: Options for monthly interest payments or deferred payments until sale.​​​
